FTT has extensive experience in preparing and delivering specialized education and training sessions in leading edge technologies. Prepared courses are available. We can also develop training in related areas on a custom basis.

All sessions are delivered on-site at the customer location or in a convenient nearby facility. The General (Overview) sessions are appropriate for 20-30 attendees. The Technical sessions work best when class size is limited to 8-10 participants.
 

Enterprise Directory Services

One-day or three-day workshops about enterprise directory services including X.500, LDAP and Meta-directory systems: The sessions can be customized to meet organization specific requirements. The one-day session is built as an overview and introduction for mid-level and upper level management. The three-day course adds X.500 & LDAP technical training, assistance developing directory strategy, priorities and overall schema design.

The afternoon is a technical session which explores the PKI models, the role of Directory Services, security attributes and methodology.

This class explores the converging technologies of telephony and electronic messaging, including Internet telephony, unified messaging, VoIP, VPIM, FoIP, fax servers, fax-on-demand, one-number-follow-me and other services: A full-day session with a high-level overview in the morning and a more technical examination in the afternoon.
